There is no justification for being tax evaders, gun toting anarchists or defying the law to suit your own pet peeve.
The Bundy’s are guilty of more than just what the lead dummy tries to skinny it down to.
They face numerous charges and none of them are about whether it’s OK to break the law if you want to because reasons.
They sent a message and the authorities that be got it. Now they face prison time for assuming that they could #1 use guns to send whatever message they thought helped and #2 for seizing Federal property with aforementioned guns and then doing damage whilst interrupting the lives of others.
They eventually attempted to evade arrest and a few other goodies and that was just Oregon.
Guilt isn’t in question, we are just arguing prison sentence now.

And this is what really gets to me about these types. They’re just petty criminals trying to subvert our system. But because they pretend to be cowboys, with the hats and flannel and all, they garner a following of idiots who mistakenly consider them “patriots”, and get handled with the kid gloves by law enforcement (if they were all brown-skinned, that bird sanctuary would be a crater). I hope all these idiots get maximum sentences, starting with that Ritzheimer asshole.

It’s definitely precedent setting time. If the Fed wants to get these pests out of their hair and ours, then examples must be made of each and everyone of them and especially the Bundy clan that generated the whole mess.
And once they get out they need to be restrained as well. They have caused a lot of problems and death even. They can not be trusted.

Shorter Bundy: And I totally agree that the Black Panthers, or Black Lives Matter, should be able to have guns as well.
For one thing, they would have used Scalia’s tears to make it Bag of Salted DIcks, so it’s already less nutritious right there.
Maybe a list of bullet points would have been a wiser choice?

Each day they get angrier and angrier, more paranoid, because each day that someone from the government fails to come and take theirs guns away is another day they can fret and stew and get more worked up about someone from the government coming to take their guns away.
These brave men are poster children for the phrase those of us who are obliged to work with them often use…
