A shot of Brown’s body lying on the ground for four hours in the heat, even as an isnset, would have been a nice addition to the front pages.

Leave it to the Post to be the one to say the officer was cleared and show the officer’s picture above Brown’s. All the rest say the officer wasn’t charged or indicted - a different nuance - and focus either on Brown’s family, a photo of Brown, or the aftermath.

As for the racial divide that says whites supposedly think this verdict says the system is working just dandy the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports on - they didn’t ask me.

Bottom line:

White police officer wastes time initiating confrontation with a couple black teenagers, ordering them not to walk in the street and then escalating the confrontation by backing up his patrol car to block their path when they predictably tell him to go fuck himself: white conservatives wax all authoritarian, screaming about how black and white don’t matter, only “blue,” and when a cop tells you to do something, you do it, so Michael Brown brought his violent death all on himself for disobeying the nice white police officer and it’s all his fault for confronting the poor, innocent, well-meaning white police officer at his car, causing him to shoot 12 times, hitting the kid 6 times, 3 in the head under circumstances that are questionable at best…all Brown’s fault for disobeying.

Black POTUS legitimately and validly exercises constitutional executive powers: ALL. FUCKING. HELL. BREAKS. LOOSE. FROM. WHITE. CONSERVATIVES. They scream, cry, rage, protest, call him a tyrant, question his authority, make up rambling bullshit rationalizations as to why he doesn’t have the authority and why all the other times white POTUSes did it, it was magically different, etc.

You do the fucking math.
