Concur. Democrats have to pay attention to procedure and precedent out of a sense of responsibility for preserving our system, even as the republicans run roughshod over the constitution. Like it or not, someone has to act like a responsible adult.

So NYT, DOJ and WAPO are confirming the walk back on the completion of the report. It will not be next week. NYT moved the timeline to ‘weeks’. May would be 10 weeks away. I think it would take at least that amount of time.

I also don’t see how one can answer key questions like ‘Did Roger Stone coordinate with the Trumpers on using stolen material circulated by GRU and Wikileaks?’ without, you know, a confession from Roger Stone or hard evidence like an email on Stone? Why wouldn’t you get Stone to confess and take a plea before writing the report on that chapter?

the questioning of whitaker wasn’t tight enough. ex. did trump ‘lash back’ at you regarding…old matt’s eyes got beadier, he contemplates, and answers no. he figured , if called on it, could say that no, he would not characterize it as "lashing back’. these guys are word weasels. you gotta ‘build a wall’ around the. just to be sure.

Blame that stupid 5-minute clock in those hearings. It’s terrible, invites the person in the hot seat to draw out responses, evade, and just run the clock.

They are infusing everything suddenly, including face cream and oil. It’s the new wonder ingredient. They just take the goodness out of it first.

I’m rarely, if ever surprised to to learn that someone smokes weed. From the corporate boardroom to the hourly break room - people from all backgrounds will do what people do.
I recall the phase, “peoples is peoples”, (for some reason in an eastern European accent). I heard it somewhere, many years ago and it stuck with me. For the life of me I cannot remember where I heard this. A movie, I think.
Help me out here, guys… Where did I hear this? “Peoples is peoples”.
