Has the tweet been taken down? Or is Hatch still touting his being named Utahn of the Year? And how do you later condemn the article after first promoting it and calling it a great Christmas honor? Thanks for bringing some joy to Christmas, Orin and staff, by patting yourself on the back without first reading the truth.

Hatch has for me long epitomized everything that is wrong with the U.S. Senate, where liars and crooks are given undeserved deference merely for having sat their fat asses in the chamber for an extended period.

If he steps down, does that make doddering Thad Cochran senate president pro tempore?

"…a politician with an ‘utter lack of integrity’ who has an ‘unquenchable thirst for power.’ "

In other words, “a Republican”.
