Yeah, we should delay the Census till April 1, 2022.

There isn’t. The man is so unbelievably cowardly he makes his staff fire each other so he doesn’t have to face them down personally.

… and some with the question gets sent out regardless of decisive decision (LOL!) – but only to major metro areas.

Dumb Ass.

No.

Delay it till April 1, 2022.

If the Census is done in March 2021, the corrupted Census will be designed by the GOP.

Trump has to face the music. He’s lost his magic touch, but that happens to the best of autarchs. Putin’s approval is just 5 points higher than Trump’s. Kak eto vashmozhno?

…Oh yeah…In an attempt to FK THE NATION one more time Trump asks to ‘delay’ until either RBG dies or he can pack the court. Your pick.

Trump didn’t write that tweet. The GOP, with the help of Barr, are simply going to try to break the law and norms governing the Census. This is yet another reason why impeachment is necessary.

yeah sure. that 2020 date was more of a guideline than an actual rule :smirk:

Do you honestly think that brain can actually handle military time?

“We need the decision pronto to get the question on the census in time, unless it goes against us, in which case, well, just delay the damn thing until we get the question on it!” Could the “reasoning” get revealed to be more hollow?

Or at least the start of the inquiry.

Should he push this through, it could be another thing on the list of violations.

The law can be changed by the Dems in 2021, throwing out the corrupted Census and conduct a new one on April 1, 2022.

What happens if April 1 falls on a Sunday?

When was this law passed?

If there is a will there is a way.

Upon reading that statute a case can be made the language is very murky, ambiguous and lacks specificity.
