The āRippleā effect may be POTUS Trounceās main problem. I think he has mental deficiencies due to past and surely current stimulus abuse.

Judging by Trounceās love for cheesy gold plated crap, felt cats and bad pictures of himself, itās very likely that he has no appreciation for the arts or the finer things in life but as POTUS he might just realize that everyone isnāt like him. We are a very diverse nation and have a wide range of interests from Cowboy poetry to opera and it all makes us the US. The libraries that Trounce wants to cut would give him all of this information for free and someday, there will be a Trounce library but Dumbo is too hellbent on wrecking to realize that when that day comes heāll have to pretend to care about such things.
I guess a nice anti-tank launcher lithograph framed with barbed wire hanging in the halls of congress and our living rooms aināt all bad. Ugh!

The irony of course is that Trumpās biggest supporters place a premium on āWesternā culture and the NEA is one of the few outlets the federal government has to shape what that means.

There was a study done about the NEA some years back which needs to be remembered now. What the study found was that for every dollar the NEA distributes in grants it returns nearly $20 to the communities where the groups receiving funding are locatedā¦ Thatās a pretty good economic return. The budgets for these agencies are approximately 0.02% of the entire federal government. But this isnāt about money. This is about starving the arts which encourage people to think.

This man proposes to destroy all the things that truly make us great, and admired throughout the world ā foreign aid, culture and the arts, our leading roles in space, health, science in general, you name it. If itās something that the U.S.A. does for the betterment of the world, it gets the shaft here.
