Discussion: ACLU Sues Kansas Over Voting Registration Rule For State, Local Races

This will only work when:
-the court throws Kobach in jail immediately for flagrantly and regularly ignoring the court’s order.
-the term of his incarceration will last until trial, with no chance for bailment, until November 10, well after the elections.
-Kobach, under the threat of further penalty, may not contact any KS election official nor send any communiques, directly or through the press, in order to further circumvent the orders of the court.
-Kobach may not, under any circumstances, attempt to litigate the case against him through his actions nor his attorney’s before said court date.

This may stop the madness in KS!
