I really just don’t get this belief among members of the gun tribe that guns are less dangerous than cars and thus appropriate for use by people they’d never hand the keys to.

Killing moles with a gun, now that is a new one. I have seen people use pitchforks, traps, poison “worms”, but never a gun. Amazing.
Meanwhile, on the same day, in the same state, the NRA held its national convention, at which they opposed efforts that would reduce the level of gun violence that plagues our nation. The Police really aren’t helping at all. He clearly pointed the gun at his brother and pulled the trigger, unless it - you know, fell out of a bag and he was reaching for it. And his aim wasn’t too bad either apparently.
Is there a way to get at a compilation of these stories. I’d like to discuss this with my boys at some point, but would like this to impress its seriousness.
