Cohen’s sentencing is scheduled for December 12 at 11 a.m. Be interesting to see what kind of a sentence he recieves.

If it goes down like seemingly the majority of Mueller’s pursuits it’ll be delayed for some reason. Always seems to be just a bit more juice to be squeezed from the lemon.

I have no idea what the judge will do with 8 counts. He’ll run the sentences concurrently I am sure, so he’ll roll it into one and I doubt it’s 30 years.

Per the cohen plea agreement, the sentencing range is 46 to 63 months, though as the agreement notes the judge can do as he or she pleases.

He’ll get credit for time served and probably won’t get close to the maximum but I don’t know. Like you say judges can do what they want.
Am I the only one seeing something oddly suggestive in the shape of these bombs? I think these White Nationalists have something particular on their mind. Glad they are inert.
