Discussion: 3 More Militiamen Arrested Outside Of Oregon Wildlife Refuge

Discussion for article #245201

Once you discover their den, hunting becomes way easier. Skinning and de-boning is still nasty, but you can get a good stew with a little work.

Hands up don’t shoot?

That’s a military expression. So this armed group is conducting military operations against our country? That means war.

Fine.

Bring your little rifles. We’ve got the United States Army, Marines, and Air Force. Let’s rumble, and settle this once and for all.

Did the squatters at least make the no-fly list?

Maybe papa Bundy should be brought in for questioning… since his two doofus sons couldn’t have put this well thought out occupation together by themselves.
This was a wasteful exercise in every respect. And now, like him or not, Finicum is dead. Really stupid and wasteful.

After Bundy made his first court appearance in Portland on Wednesday, his attorney, Mike Arnold, read this statement from his client: "Please stand down. Go home and hug your families. This fight is now in the courts."

Perhaps a PR move, or perhaps as Bob Kincaid hypothesized: now that he has a lawyer, maybe he was informed that if one of those low-!.Q. goons left digging trenches at the bird sanctuary happens to shoot and kill a cop, Ammosexual Bundy’s ass could be subject to penalties much more serious than the ridiculously lenient charges he’s dealing with now.

Hey, too late now – this terrorist traitor should have thought of that before embarking on this seditious conspiracy.

I realize you’re speaking rhetorically, but consider that given that the Armed Forces lowered its standards to admit skinheads and all like manner of trash, it could well be the case that many in the ranks are sympathetic to their “cause.” You know, “honoring one’s oath” by taking the law into one’s own hands and all the goofy horseshit that goes with it.

Feel an Alvin Kittycatlee riff comin’ on …

Oh kitty mama, I’m goin’ home
Kitty, kitty mama, I’m goln’ on home
Tell my kitty mama that I’m goin’ on home

Gonna tell all the grandkitties just how scary
It was to take on Obama in a bird sanctuary
Goin’ home, yeah goin’ home
Me & Ammon & the boys we all stared down the boot-heels
From the local district BLM office full of females
Goin’ home, yeah we’re headed home
Then we circled up the back hoe
And hosted a live feed on slo-mo
Goin’ home, oh yeah mama, goin’ home…

Why were 5 people allowed to leave without being arrested?

I don’t wanna be disrespectful, and I know that some wanna say that Finicum was shot while giving an FBI agent a submissive blow job, but I’m sticking with the suicide by cop theory. His death wish now fulfilled, no more idiocy from him anyhow, and that can’t be all bad. The Bundy morons will be on ice for the rest of this Administration and more and that’s not so terrible either…

Fluffy (who probably ratted them all out to beat his rap in Arizona) won’t be available to poppa Clive Bundy as bodyguard either, maybe forever. [Don’t think he’d snitch on them? What kind of man poses as a decorated marine but the whole thing is a lie?] Tough guy Cliven has taken a lot of hits in this. They say most bad things have good sides to them and this has several.

Not sure what the battle in the courts comment is supposed to mean. The court is not hearing about their specific complaints, it is hearing if they broke the law in their activities. And there is clear evidence that they did. None of their needs will be addressed their other than what sort of sentence or fine they end up getting.

Glad you pointed out this key point! It’s also not much of a defense, to claim that the Federal government has no rights inside Federal Wildlife Refuges. Just because an ammosexual teahadder may love the argument doesn’t mean a judge will go for it.

Yeah, I am sure they will say it, but it will not help their cause. Like I said, if they wanted to go the legal route of fighting this they could have done so. Even though I think it is fairly settled and the lower court would likely just cite those cases and be done with it.

Their best bet, in terms of political, would be to try and start a political movement. A stunt would have been fine. Say they just camped there and were unarmed and they called others to come take back the land. It would not have gotten them what they wanted but if they could have created enough political momentum in the States and with their reps at least they could start pushing for it.

In the past such things have come to nothing but little is done to earn public sympathy when you take over a building that belongs to the government while heavily armed making pretty nasty comments.

Yeah, you win your argument without even mentioning outraged Native Americans, environmentalists, birdwatchers.

“LaVoy shouted, ‘Don’t shoot. We’re unarmed,’ …”

Oh please, on the way out the door these guys would leave their dicks on the kitchen table before leaving their guns, forced to make the choice.

And the midlife crisis of several white trash derelects, also known as the Bundy YEEHAWWD’, and it’s terrorists begins their well deserved death spiral.

Somewhere in the distance, a lone eagle flies away…a jar of vanilla creamer and a dildo in its talons.

Also on Wednesday, a federal judge in Portland unsealed a criminal complaint that said the armed group had explosives and night-vision goggles and that they were prepared to fight at the refuge or in the nearby town of Burns.

Ah. A little light is cast on what was going on beyond the part we were seeing play out in the press. Not much, but some. There was a lot more to what the Feds were doing than we’ve seen reported in the press.

Either wives and kids, or people who they can’t pin too much on. If they want to arrest and charge them later, they can.
