Discussion: 3 GOP AGs Fire Back At Obama Over Trans Bathroom Policy

The question being asked by the AGs is how much will our desire to discriminate against this group is going to cost us. Because we really, really, really want to do it.

Many people are very frustrated their outlets and targets for hate, shunning, violence and discrimination increasingly diminishes. Pretty soon all that’ll be left to do is dig out the old magnifying glass and look for ants.

The Oklahoma Attorney General has found another way to complain about Obama and to waste more taxpayer money. Add this to his complaints about Colorado’s marijuana law and his support of Hobby Lobby’s refusal to provide contraception in its health insurance policies. He is just preparing his run for governor.

Whether or not Transgenders enjoy all civil rights is a valid question and one that will have to be decided by SCOTUS https://news.vice.com/article/death-threats-and-crazy-fucking-people-being-trans-in-the-age-of-bathroom-bills?utm_source=vicenewstwitter

3 GOP AGs Fire Back At Obama Over Trans Bathroom Policy

Correction

3 GOP AGs try to pile on, all The President did was instruct his various departments to reiterate Title IX provisions, provisions that were enacted in 1972.

Pretty soon all that’ll be left to do is look in the mirror.

They have their long-searched-for WEDGE ISSUE for the upcoming election and they are desperate to use it since Gay Marriage, Abortion, Guns, and Godliness have all fizzled in the long shadow of “The Trump”.

same guys who are okay conditioning welfare payments for others don’t want any conditions on THEIR welfare payments. same guys who excoriate others for “suckling at the government teat” are worried that they may have their greasy mouths separated from the same teat.

typical hypocritical wingnuts. stop being takers, you welfare queens.

I’m kind of baffled by the Republican response to this issue, as the response is wildly disproportionate to the impact of allowing transgenders to pick the bathroom they want to use. In the grand scheme of things, this issue is a minor one, yet the Republicans are ready for nuclear war over it.

Of course, a sense of perspective has never been one of their defining traits.

look, if you start letting transgendered folks into bathrooms, wide-stanced GOP congressmen might find themselves hooking up anonymously with someone with a vagina. can’t have that.

Pretty sure that the AGs who believe sex is a biological fact and not a personal preference also believe their literal interpretation of the Bible is a fact and not a personal preference.

When a country is at 100% employment and people can walk down the street safely at night, I suppose we have to complain about something.

Because this is what they will spoon feed to their constituents, insisting that it’s all about morals, which keeps them safely ensconced in power rather than actual policy that helps create jobs and actual safety. It’s well worn, but always works.

Texas, Oklahoma, and West Virginia

Ironic considering these state lead the nation in per capita tea rooms and glory holes…

Doubly ironic since the Texas AG is under an indictment
