Discussion: 2016 Candidates React To Mass Shooting In San Bernardino

it almost seems like prayers don’t work. But that’s unpossible.

Here’s a 15sec vid of the people who are helped at the center and the wonderful, caring people who help. It’s from yesterday’s small party to celebrate the season…and it’s just heartbreaking in the cold light of the cruel, senseless, and monstrous attack that happened today.

I usually keep myself from agreeing with a post like this, but not this time.

If you don’t ban me, you can outsource the cursing to me - it comes naturally.

Didn’t the Republican candidates say after the Colorado PPH shooting that they would pray? Maybe they might want to try a different strategy.

Who can spot the difference between the parties:

Democrats: Display outrage that this has happened and make a call to action that we must stop it from happening again.
Republicans: Send prayers and give a shout out to “first-responders”

In other words, the GOP doesn’t seem to mind when this happens and prefers to use it as an opportunity to cheerlead, rather than lead.

Prayers? Fucking, fucked up, fucking faux religious fuckers! If you paid attention to the religion you pretend to believe it, you’d be the first in line shout for calls to DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS that doesn’t involve empty words!

There are thousands of gods to pray to. When selecting their deity, maybe they just chose poorly?

You know what’s really telling? Most of these people were dead silent after the PP shooting in CO. They didn’t offer their prayers or even their thoughts. They just said nothing. Clearly, those lives didn’t matter to the GOP.

"Two hands working can do more than a thousand clasped in prayer."

Read it Republican scum…and then get up off your godd*mned knees and actually do something positive. LMAO___ I can’t believe I actually entertained the thought, even for a nanosecond, that the GOPigs actually WOULD do something positive.

That was the first thing that popped into my head – that this response (from all of them) was pretty damned quick compared to the last one … which was crickets for many days.

THREE candidates: “ENOUGH of this! We must ACT to STOP THIS!”

The remainder: “prayers…prayers…prayers…prayers…prayers…prayers…”

GUESS which party said which.

MFing republic party, WEAK ON SECURITY big fucking time.

Special award to Kasich for the most ham-handed response:

My thoughts & prayers go out to those impacted by the shooting in San Bernardino, especially the first responders. -John

Especially the first responders? They get more sympathy than the dead and the living who mourn the deaths of their loved ones, or those who witnessed their friends and co-workers slaughtered by gunmen? Of course, the most important thing is to give the officers a big pat on the back, because in GOP land, blue lives matter more than any other. Wow.

It’s interesting how all those GOP hypocrites are talking about about prayers.

I believe in God, and He told me He’s completely fed up with these frauds, and asked if I could do something about getting them to stop using His name.

Suddenly too nauseous to handle any more of this today. Our cities are bathed in blood and (at least) half the country just doesn’t give a fuck about it.

Seriously, dude, dudette? I give up already on the Right in America. Your guys come up with prayers and thoughts, and you blame Obama?

The God they are allegedly praying to is not withdrawn and distracted like 60% of the electorate

He is not corrupt like the MSM

He is not a propagandist like Ailes and Murdoch

He is not interested in GOP money

He will DEAL with them…in His own way.

Beat me to it. Those icky people and their icky abortions – ick!

Well, as predictable as a sunrise, the gun-humping, murder-lovin’ asswipes are out in force__from predictable rightie cesspool,RedState to the Wash. Post, comments fields are awash with “conspiracies,” “Obama’s fault,” “false flag op,” “excuse to take our guns,” “Islamic terrorists,” “Syrians”…and an amazing toilet bowl of WooWooRightieWingnut nonsense…blah, blah, blah.

Oh…and, of course, lots and lots of “thoughts and prayers”! Well, the airwaves are full of those, so you can stop it. They’ve done their usual good…which is to say not a fu*king thing.
