Possibly…however, since Blacks make up only 12% of the population of Texas, yet comprise 38% of prisoner executions in Texas, my point stands.
The judge has also ordered the seizure of all their motorcycles, which will now go through a forfeiture process and sold at action.
Austin paper also reporting that the corporate office has just revoked the Waco Twin Peaks franchise. Add in the Alcohol Control Board pulling the liquor license, and Twin Peaks Waco is finished as a business.
Guess the owner’s business plan of hosting “bike nights / days” wasn’t a smart business plan after all.
The government is destroying another job creator with requlations.
Pulling of a liquor license will be cheered by the Shiite Baptists who comprise the base base of the job-creating Republican Party. Then mental contortions on this will be a pleasure to watch.
Fortunately the Texas Legislature will make gun toting even easier.
We’ll probably never know the following important facts:
1- How many people total were in that parking lot?
2- How many of them were (as the cops called them) criminal bikers?
3- How many of the bikers had firearms?
4- How many of them had criminal records which would bar them from having firearms?
5- How many non-bikers in the parking lot had their own weapons on hand?
6- How many of THEM fired one or more shots during the melee?
Sure wish Wayne LaPierre had been there with his sidearm to bring justice to chaos!!!
I bet we will know a lot of them by the time the 197 cases are handled. Most will plead guilty, but a few will insist on trials. The cops should have lots of video since they were deployed to the place in advance of the shooting.
To me that is what is truly dumb about this riot. The cops thought something was going to happen, and had officers deployed. The bikers were too stupid to notice all the cops parked outside the restaurant.
Anybody know what the Felony Murder Rule looks like in Texas?
The bikers were all staring at the wholesome attire worn by the waitresses.
From what I’m reading in the local papers, all of these people face capital charges, as members of an organized crime “hit.”
Build these gangs a private town of their own. Then let them recreate such festivities daily. Anything that results in nine dead Texans is magic that needs captured in a bottle.
