I feel sorry for this kid.
I’ve talked to a lot of formerly religious people who say that when they were this kid’s age, they were nutty and strident about their religion, with a persecution complex in full swing. Some of them even admitted to just horrid behavior. Most of them came out of it in their late teens or early twenties, and felt deep shame for the way they acted.
I hope this kid reaches that point.
Because if not, I see a fertilizer-scented explosion outside a federal building in his future.

He’s young. Plenty of time to learn for himself how the world works and to make his own decisions. I wouldn’t criticize a 13 year old’s political rants. Maybe when he’s 18 or 21 or even 30 he’ll look back and wonder what he was thinking back then.
