That “weak tea” - enhanced with insinuation and “just asking questions” - absolutely works on the Fox-watching sheep where I live.
I have already heard someone say that we “need” more data centers to process our online activity - meaning credit card and bank statements, purchases, etc. They have no comprehension of the intended uses of the data farms, and they are obviously being fed this crappy sales pitch from somewhere in their media ecosystem.
Uh, yeah, riiight.
Thought about it. At least here in Colorado, where voting service centers can replace spoiled mail in ballots and we have drop boxes, if the usps plot takes place I see long lines in metro areas to pick up the undelivered ballots and in person voting and a very slow count as some of those are voted provisionally. Mostly I see this impacting rural voters where getting to in person voting will be more of a struggle. It could lead to exactly the opposite of the outcome they’re aiming for.
Ridiculous that Tarrant County (Fort Worth, TX) is attempting a “budget restraint” reduction of almost 30% less polls within 2 months of the election. Commissioners also claim all these 92 deleted polls had 20 voters or less. NAACP/ACLU letter states no poll had 20 voters, and only 18 polls had 100 or less voters. NAACP letter also points out it is apparently illegal under various TX laws.
Hope the outcry shuts this down again (they tried to shut 45% of polls last week).
Good trad wives are hard to come by.
