I wish this were true. I want the Dems to control the senate more than anything but it’ll never happen. Red states are filled with people who take more pleasure in their neighbor not getting the money over themselves receiving it. This country is filled with people who don’t mind being pissed on if the other guy gets shit on.

Democrats should make it a daily ritual of denouncing McConnell and his Republican buddies (none of whom have ever missed a meal because of food insecurity) for the next four years. Additionally, Biden should be sure that this is mentioned in every daily press conference. The Republican senate must be made the “Lepers of DC.”
