In relation to my thoughts, removing Smart and continue with, Susan Collins has the acute ability to say a whole lot and mean absolutely nothing.

The DCCC’s 30-second TV ads and digital spots are expected to target seven House Republicans in vulnerable seats for having “stood with Q, not you.” The DCCC will also dedicate an ad targeting House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA)…

… for having “stood with $, not you.”

I have never watched The West Wing, but that’s because I only have so much time to watch TV programs and movies. But I’m thinking I should download and then binge-watch that series because I’ve heard so many good things about it.

It’s good. I think it helped a lot of Democrats get through Bush the Younger.

Takes a different kind of person with the abilities required to handle that job effectively
She does it with ease because she enjoys the job.
A pleasure to watch her work.

It is a pleasure. And so different from the last administration’s “Oh, fuck you” attitude.

Good. Then we should get some firm data soon on reuniting all those stolen children at the border.

The cloud is seeded by right-wing media organizations before it grows in the tropics of social media. The media organizations are funded by advertising dollars. Advertising companies are averse to bad publicity and pressure from organized consumers.

If you can get a bunch of equally concerned peers to bombard advertisers with correspondence expressing your extreme collective disapproval of their funding of media orgs who support dis- and mis-information and your willingness to boycott them, you’d be surprised at what you might accomplish.

I know the DCCC had to prioritize, but Reps. Andy Biggs and Paul Gosar from Arizona surely deserve to be in this mix.

I was impressed by this analysis of how Q-Anon developed, written by a “real world” game designer.

Don’t forget Abraham Lincoln, (only attributed – the quote not proven to be his, but apropos none-the-less)
you can fool some of the people all the time.

Being in an extremely homogeneous set of folks can add to one’s sense of feeling that the opinions shared by this set constitute the “feelings of the American people”.

And “The American People” consist of a lot of different heterogeneous groups of individuals…who can shift on a dime

Exactly the sort of fan fiction that Q would solicit to reinforce that there’s a denial of the reality of Q, which can only mean that Q is not only real, but that there are forces which want to crush Q for exposing the truth unless Q can convince them that Q is not real, thus nothing to pursue.

All that racial and inequality stuff in South Bend, which is why he got transportation I think. Blacks in S. Bend were seriously unhappy with him.

The new round of questions come after the Logan tragedy and the Buttigieg administration’s handling of it put a national spotlight on the 37-year-old mayor’s strained relationship with South Bend’s black residents. It exposed frustration over racial and economic inequality, and was only the latest in a long succession of flashpoints between the city’s minorities and its police department.

Several cases alleging racial discrimination within the local police department under Buttigieg are still moving forward. In South Bend, law enforcement is disproportionately white. The city’s population is 26 percent African American and 14 percent Hispanic, but the police force is only 5 percent black and 5 percent Hispanic. Records show that minorities have left the force by the dozens.
