I would have suggested those folks (prior to voting) get an OK in writing and on paper with an official header that their vote is not illegal or a reason for arrest.
Of course things have changed a tad with the hurricane messing with Florida. I have heard DeSantis has unilaterally changed some voting things but what exactly he has done I am not sure of.

The problem with that, as I understand it, is that the Florida system also imposes various fines, fees and court costs, all of which must be paid in full before you regain your right to vote, but - Ta Da! - Florida doesn’t have a reliable way of determining all those costs and/or whether they’ve all been paid. You can ask, pay what you’re told about and still not be eligible.
Truly, truly horrific - and truly illustrative of where the US is heading overall if this election goes “South”…

Maybe a little OT but. The picture at the top shows DeSatin as tall as or taller than the rest of the group. He’s 5’9”. Does he surround himself with the vertically challenged or is there a box behind the podium?

Of course it does. They 100% intend to use force next time. They’re done “playing.” I’ve been saying this here for years while everyone wants to pooh-pooh it and argue how “it won’t work” or “that’s a bridge too far.” Meanwhile, the GQP keeps going further and further and further fascist and the MSM keeps helping them do it. I am in my 40s. I do not expect to die in a democracy or with a shirt on my back.
