Congressman Says ‘Roughly 400’ Donors Were Ripped Off By Santos

As members of the House of Representatives debated the expulsion of Rep. George Santos (R-NY) on Thursday, Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) stood and leveled a blockbuster allegation.

He always seemed so nice…good riddance to bad rubbish.

I cannot get over Santos’ brazenness. It’s just stunning to me.

Not saying Santos didn’t ripping off Rep Miller and others but, who in the world doesn’t check their credit card statement, or have their accountant check their cc statement?

And yet, astoundingly, 114 voted AGAINST the expulsion!!! It has come to this.

Santos now has time to pursue his former job interests.

Now I’d like to compare to what Santos did with what Bill Eigle, MO Republican running in the GOP governor primary did. He sent out an email in support of Trump, and asked for donations, supposedly for Trump. But those donations went to Eigle’s campaign. Welcome to the Republican Rip-Off Games.

Yup, it’s their business model. Santos wasn’t expelled for playing it, he was expelled because he did so too obviously.

Ripping off the rubes came as naturally to Santos as breathing but ripping off a team member and his mother, now that’s just careless.

This is a done deal, right? He is expelled…out on the street? Immediately and no backsies or appeals?

Now, can they try and convict him pronto and throw his useless carcass in prison for Wire Fraud etc?

Like now and forever?

Please, this turd needs to go to jail now, not 2 years from now, ya know what I’m sayin?

Did the Sgt at Arms escort him off the property with his obligatory cardboard box of his stuff?

Only 400?
That is nothing when compared to the million that have been, and continue to be, ripped off by Trump.
Stupid people love to be stupid.

Typical Republican, Miller didn’t give a hoot until it affected him directly.

“We all have a past” Santos said.
Yeah, but mine does not consist of stealing money from my coworkers or stealing their on line identities for the purpose of stealing money from them by card fraud.
Buh bye pudgy.

Long time ago I lived with a liar so I am not stunned.
It means nothing to them and they don’t even care if you call them out.
They look at you and say, “So”.

See? The old adage is true, “When you lie down with dogs, you wake up with unapproved charges on your credit cards…”

NOPE. He was asked to leave the building. He’s gone.

It is possible it was all in a very short time (because YEAH he would’ve noticed) before he was able to ‘stop’ the transactions.

Didn’t this happen to a lot of Trump donors who did not ‘see’ the ‘small print’ that there would be weekly and MAXIMUM moneys taken? And then were ordered to give it back (because the FB pages were too hard to read)? I never donate by phone, just send a check. (Though one time I sent a check for $10.00 and it was read as $101.00 - it was also quickly corrected.)

It doesn’t surprise me that he likes it rough.

And there is always a teeny tiny disclaimer. I mean Trump’s own donor page has a disclaimer that the money will be used how TRUMP DEEMED FIT and goldurnit lots of that money went to personal expenses. Who’d a-THUNK it?
