No, TPM just assured me that he’s doing hard time in the federal penitentiary, with no qualifications.
Well since technically Cohen is on home confinement, COVID and all that, and the judge determined that sending Cohen back to prison was retaliation and trying to stifle Cohen’s 1st A rights, so yes he can still be serving his sentence and be on a zoom call.

Cohen was also convicted for lying to Congress.
I’m surprised Kayleigh didn’t bring that fact up.
In November 2018, Cohen entered a second guilty plea for lying to a Senate committee about efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.
No matter what he writes about, it’s basically meaningless as far as hurting Trump. They’ll just point out Cohen is a convicted liar who already lied under oath to Congress. His word means nothing. Trump said the only time Cohen told the truth was when Cohen testified there was no collusion with Russia. And of course we all pretty much know there was. Of course Cohen is going to lie about that because he was in the middle of it.

…from his bedroom. No lights out for him. No one hour in the courtyard. I hear he watches HBOMax and can order in Chinese food whenever he feels like it too. None of that jail house slop for him. He probably orders shit from the shopping channel since he’s probably not allowed to have internet access (except how will he be able to come on Maddow’s show? Facetime?). Obviously, telephone use is permitted in a far more lenient manner as a stay-at-home prisoner. Meanwhile, how many non-violent non-white Federal prisoners have been lucky enough to be released due to Covid-19? Probably not too many.
