Here’s the part that kills me. If these buffoons who have become fat on 40 years of hate and vitriol and just done the right thing in March and April they most likely wouldn’t have to worry about wearing masks and staying indoors for another year. Just this past weekend I went to the store and saw four people walking around without masks. Aside from some dumb woman a month ago in Target it was the first time in weeks I saw this. My sense is we’re about to see a flood of cultists start ignoring health officials in a dumb effort to support their Dear Leader.

I truly feel sorry for such individuals. They are clearly very frightened of something or life in general. Do they honestly believe that others (i.e., non-white US citizens) are getting things that they themselves don’t get so they are being “disadvantaged” that they cease all rational thought? Do they not understand what benefits they do in fact get were established primarily through Democratic Party efforts in the 1940’s and the 1960’s? Are they that threatened by immigrants wanting a better life for themselves and their families that they are willing to work over generations to reach their goals? So they simply ignore reality and convince themselves that they are the victims. This is at the heart of Republican divide and conquer policy started in the 1960’s by Nixon and refined to be more extreme with each passing decade. It is complete misdirection, but with trusty FOX network blasting such propaganda 24 hours a day, they have succeeded is far. Stay safe and vote in November, despite the challenges put in place by the Republican Party.
