Mirroring the results of a Gallup snap poll released the day after the Surpeme Court rulled on the constitutionality of President Obama’s health care reform law, a new CNN survey shows Americans split nearly down the middle on the result: 50 percent of Americans agree with the Court’s affirmation that the new law is constitutional, while 49 percent disagree. The numbers are also split sharply by partisanship, “with more than eight in ten Democrats agreeing with the decision, more than eight in ten Republicans disagreeing, and independent voters divided, with 52% disagreeing and 47% agreeing.,” CNN wrote.
