Aside from the 28% who have trust most or all from this WH, I’m wondering even more at the 2% who have no opinion. What colour is the sky where they live that they are so apolitical they cannot even answer a question like this. Sheesh.

This is just more evidence that Trump knew what he was talking about (I so rarely say that) when he said he loves the poorly educated. That 30% of the US is made up of blithering idiots sounds about right.

It’s unique in degree. I didn’t trust everything that came out of the Bush administration either (both of them), but a lot of it was just suspicion and not immediately falsifiable, like the bent intelligence about Iraqi nukes.
The difference with Trump and his cronies is that so much of it is just brazen, obvious lies, completely divorced from a reality that can be immediately fact-checked. There’s been nothing like it in recent memory. Maybe politicians were this brazen back in the days before radio and TV, when it was easier to promote outright lies to the public.

DISinformation is always the best way to bring down a regime.
Putin knows this, he’s a master at it. The White House uses it as easily as breathing.
Serious question: If “FAKE NEWS” - is their battle cry in response to truth - It’s all bullshit. You can’t believe anything - Don’t give ANYONE your attention… is the ultimate goal of their campaign - can truth defeat it?
Or is a COUNTER INTELLIGENCE needed?
