Cesar Sayoc’s Trump Obsession Contributed To Radicalization

The man who mailed pipe bombs to prominent Democrats and supporters of liberal causes before the 2018 midterms is a steroid-addicted sexual abuse survivor who “found light in Donald J. Trump,” federal defenders representing him say.

Wait, wasn’t he economically anxious?

“Mail Bomber’s Trump Obsession Contributed To Radicalization”

IANAL, but I believe the standard legal response to this would be, “No shit, Sherlock.” Although I could be wrong.

“Donald Trump radicalizes Americans into becoming extremist right wing domestic terrorists.”

Truly sad. But it’s a miracle nobody was hurt. Lawyer friends, what’s the possibility of suing the worst offenders among the conspiracy-mongers? They’re already getting people killed. This trial itself showed the causal chain.

Maybe the defense attorney should show the jury the “Second Amendment Solution” Trump proposed for Hillary:

Of course, he probably only meant he wanted them to bake her some cookies because, after all, “Be Best!”

Yes, because the second amendment is ALL about cookies… LOL!!!

I wonder how well this line of thinking will go with the courts. Because this sets a precedent for all the other numbnuts that try the same thing, including against AOC and the Squad.

Oh come on…just more leftist defense attorneys trying to thwart the rule of law. Trump IS the light. Do we blame the light for exposing the cockroaches? Is it the light’s fault that cockroaches are targeted for death?

I say the poor snowflake should pull himself up by his bootstraps and accept blame, after all nobody forced him to read, watch that BS…

Gee, really? When did AOC and Omar and Tlaib travel around in a van with pics of Karl Marx and William Ayers and Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders plastered all over it and threaten to gun down conservative politicians and journalists?

Perhaps I am mistaken, but I do not recall Devin Nunes and Sean Hannity having to fear for their lives like Maxine Waters and others.

Throw the book at him. Next up is the Trumpjob who killed the mafia don, using the same excuse as this guy. Granted, these guys have mental issues. These types use to glob on to Jesus, now they are disciples of the all mighty orange stain.

Oh, hon. I didn’t say that. I said:

for all the other numbnuts that try the same thing, including against AOC and the Squad.

meaning when someone tries to shoot to kill the squad. This idea would be used, possibly in their defense. I didn’t mean that AOC and the squad would use it; only that it would be used to defend their near r actual assassinations.

So basically, being a member of Trump’s Republican party is a good insanity defense.

That depends. Was he white? LOL!

Maybe we can travel down to one of those “economically anxious” restaurants/diners in Muffaletta, Louisiana with a reporter from the NYT and find out!

The conclusion is what is typically characterized as self-evident.

Once again, it turns out the real issue was “Liltle-Dick Syndrome” where an itinerant loser was desperate to be a Big Man, Playboy, Rich-Guy so he could “show those bitches who was boss!” just like his HERO Cheatolini.

Rinse, Repeat…

Yes, they have mental issues (as do all Trump supporters who are racists) but they are not legally insane. I agree with you, this guy should get the maximum sentence.

I’m surprised we haven’t seen any supportive tweets from the WH…this is one of 45’s biggest and most committed fans.

While the attorneys’ statement is certainly true, I’m unclear on how exactly it is supposed to constitute a defense.
