I have to think that morale at the CDC must be tanking.

  • They didn’t like Redfield as a Director because of his political/religious affiliations.
  • They had a major failure in the test kits.
  • They know more testing is needed but Honey Badger Don’t Care.
  • They are working on an antibody test but NY is undercutting them.

Redfield must be walking on eggshells.

One of Donald’s purposes is to make things harder, so he can pretend to be a tough, hard-driving businessman. Everybody knows he isn’t.

It’s just that his psyche needs to think so. To actually be a tough, hard-driving businessman requires too much effort.

Not to over-simplify things, but why doesn’t Bill Gates write a check for CDC funding so they can continue their work? It’s a lot of money, around $900 miillion, but it can make a huge difference if he did it. Bill Gates has a net worth of $100 billion.

Bill Gates is already the second largest funder of WHO, through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (to the tune of about $1.5 Billion so far, as reported in their public filings through 2015, so the amount’s likely a lot more).

Yes, when he did nothing for nearly three months except lie that the virus was under control while the infection was spreading, he set up the resulting shit show. It’s his baby now and the only people who refuse to believe that are his cult.
