I hope he wins too and I don’t care what he has to say to do it, but he apparently didn’t listen to anything Kamala said on the campaign trail as I sure remember a lot about affordable housing.

I was affirmatively annoyed with Kamala’s constant promises that she would get prices down, because that’s not how inflation works.

I believe that other than the fucktard Teamsters president most unions were backing the Democratic candidate in 2024 as well. Oh and I really did love her laughing so frequently and spontaneously. The country would be so much better off had she been elected.

I’m not sure that’s exactly what he’s saying. I think he’s saying that Dems messaging and listening skills suck. That they’ve lost touch with the real working class. At least that’s how I read it.

I get, Mainstream Democrats like Dick Durbin and Tim Kaine and Chuck Schumer and Amy Klobuchar and Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer and even Jim Clyburn have lost touch with their constituents as evidenced by their abject failure to fight these monstrous assholes that run the gop, or appear to run the gop. “We gotta pushback” is Mark Warner’s battle cry from last night. Yes, he acknowledged the lies and ignorance and threats and blinding stupidity from traitor Trump. But pushback ain’t gonna cut it.

They got no skin in the game anymore. I’d like to see Nancy do something like the Naked Athena did in Portland, face down the ICE cowards in nothing but a beanie and a face mask, you know what I mean.

Stop working with the gop, just vote no on everything, stop telling everyone what great guys Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell are deep down inside after they croak, just stop, and fight every step, every avenue, every battlefield, and fight for the American people and our guests. Stop supporting private prisons, they’re just abominations, a perfect demonstration of the wrongs of unrestrained capitalism. We’re not against Israel, we’re against Netanyahu and the Neo-fascism of the Likud and their right wing partners.

So yes, the messaging of the Democratic leadership sucks. All Dems? Not so much.

I just heard Ty Cobb mentioned on the News Hour. Heard him on MS Now last night, not sure the show, but look it up. That’s the attitude the Democrats need to take.

I think I do know what you mean though. I’m reminded of Sen. Booker doing his 24-plus hour floor speech. Unfortunately, I don’t think that that had the impact that we might have hoped it had. If there’s a stunt, we want to know that it’s part of something bigger. If Sen. Booker is doing other big things, I’m not aware of them.
