Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO) on Sunday jabbed former President Trump for continuing to push the big lie of a stolen election rather than focus on helping Republicans win more elections in the midterms, a day after Trump espoused more election fraud falsehoods during a North Carolina GOP convention.
For fuck’s sake, Blunt. Haven’t you figured out by now that policy means nothing to the motherfucker and the only thing that matters to him is him? You fucking idiot.
Yeah, I’m not sure if Blunt has figured this out yet but, Trump cares about only one person: Donald Trump. If Trump can’t have what he wants (his Presidency back) then he’s perfectly happy to burn everything down, including the Republican Party. In fact, Trump is especially happy to destroy the Republican Party since he sees them as traitors.
I wonder if Republicans actually know that Trump is currently their worst enemy.
Why isn’t he helping us for the midterms? Because you knew he was a scorpion when you picked him up and carried him next to your heart for over four years.
It looks like most of them don’t have the balls to do what’s in the best interest of their party.
Hell, they didn’t even have the balls to empower a 1/6 commission and enable someone else to do their dirty work.
So, now they’ve just gotta wait on the course of events.
Can’t say I sympathize, even if they are twisting slowly in the wind. It seems just enough to me.
“You know, I really can’t analyze whether he believes it or not. I’m sure he believes that in a fair election he couldn’t have possibly lost,” Blunt said.
Blunt is, of course, a cringing coward. But this statement is actually true.
Because the former guy defines “fair” as “good for meeee”. That’s all that counts. It’s part of his disease.
“We are witnessing the greatest election fraud in the history of the country, in my opinion in the history of any democracy… That’s why people justifiably feel deceived and they are responding, they must not be shut up,” he said in the remarks, which were broadcast live…
Oops… That’s from a new Reuters story about Bibi Netanyahu. Are they sharing scripts?
Blunt: “He[Trump] could be incredibly helpful in 2022 if he gets focused on 2022 and the differences in the two political parties.”
But Trump is focused on the differences between the two political parties. Trump’s party believes conspiracy theories while the Democrats live in the real world.
Well, check out Josh Marshall’s speculation on the rising right wing violence in Israel, apparently whipped up by, and not discouraged in any way, by Our Boy Bibi. (We paid for him, so he’s ours.)
