Hate is a strong word. Most of us don’t hate any one American. Some might. I for one hold a good number of you at fault for the situation you are in. That includes Democrats.
Our greatest emotions are fear and mistrust . Those of us who are informed know that your present regime wants to annex us. There is no doubt in my mind. Carney knows this and is making moves to find other more trust worthy partners.
Hopefully, when Democrats are in control of both houses and the presidency, we can have better communication and relations but we must cut our ties as much as possible. Your country goes through too many extreme changes in policy. I don’t see that changing.

It was widely reported at the time that “weird” was deemed too negative – despite all the MAGA weirdos being deeply weird – and Walz has not denied that he was told to drop it.

Were you aware that representatives are a) not elected statewide, b) all of NC’s congressional districts have been gerrymandered so heavily since 2011 that a 50-50 state has one Democratic representative and c) the United States Supreme Court rewrote it’s own “rules” in order to intervene in NC state politics and prevent any possibility of rectification of this situation?

Well, of course I would’ve taken off for a couple of days when a story about my congressman breaks: Chuck Edwards is just awful: until recently he owned several McDonald’s restaurants, and one can only imagine the sexual harassment of young female workers there.. one wishes some enterprising journalist would look into that.
He’s been a bad congressman, remarkably unhelpful to the district with the administration’s abusive use of Helene disaster funds. He says stuff like “ I guess I can talk to you if you’re a Christian” (adding “my kind of Christian”). His attempt to stop the Eastern Band of the Cherokee from legalizing cannabis was so offensive he converted a toss up to a decisive landslide vote by the tribe to legalize…
Farmer John Ager is his opponent: a moderate, he actually has a chance of winning..

My gut response besides a shout of hooray, is wondering who is gonna replace him as the GOP candidate?
And a deep suspicion that there was a lot more ready to come out if he’s taking this step at this time..
I know some of y’all like to think everybody in the southern states is stupid but I wish y’all would get the fuck over that..
