It’s hard to imagine anything in anybody’s background that would make them unqualified to be a SCROTUS. Not even pederasty seems to have made the grade. Nope. Omarova’s nomination failed after five Democrats came out against her. When you write about ending banking as we know it, even if just meant to be provocative in an academic way, it’s bound to scare off the moderates.

Why weren’t these people already on a short list and vetted? and ranked for the opening. This is so careless considering the 50/50 Senate split could be reversed if 1 Dem gets sicks or dies and a GOP is the replacement.

Perhaps consider that Breyer isn’t retiring until July, and has made his retirement contingent on a successor already being approved.
