They’ve been moving steadily north for the last few decades. Global warming, I hear.
Probably illegal immigrant armadillos.
Apparently. The first one I saw near my house was about 3 years ago. When I sent this pix to my sister in Austin she still can’t believe that I’ve seen three live armadillos in MO, while she’s lived in Texas for 30 years and never has.
I loved my broad winged hawk until she nested in a tree on my lot and “swooped” anyone in my back yard for about three weeks one summer while the hatchlings were in the nest.
I will say that Biden is the perfect person to be in charge of foreign policy right now.
It seems to me that the current crisis is essentially entirely due to one individual: Putin and his special collection of personality disorders. A Gorbachev or a Yeltsin wouldn’t be doing this – they might even have joined NATO. A president Alexey Navalny would never do this.
If the Ukrainian people want to join NATO, why wouldn’t NATO approve? Fear of Putin? And if NATO were to approve, it might put an end to Putin’s warmongering; he might be just 100% bluster anyway. But apparently it is not on the table anytime soon. Maybe it should be.
The speech was very presidential. Biden’s getting very good reviews on it.
I’m so glad to hear that he is getting good reviews.
I better not hear one single Republican whose shins are within kicking distance try to say that this wouldn’t have happened during the previous administration because of how respected and feared we were.
Nor I.
If dumpster had one Putin would already BE in Ukraine under some false pretense with dumpster’s full support and taunts about crooked Ukraine or something.
Et tu, my peers?
You can have your differences with the NYT and still be glad she has to pack up her carpetbag and take her grifting ass back to her trash family in Wasilla where it might occur to her to get an honest job for once.
What no SCOTUS? Isn’t Clarence drooling over this one?
Here’s just one example.
Even in the current environment, she hasn’t given them much to work with. As I understand it the Times made a mistake and corrected it. She’s a very, very public figure—or well, was—and what she needed to prove was too heavy a lift. Which rhymes with “grift”, with a capital G, which stands for “go away.”
