I would expect Biden allowed himself to celebrate briefly when it was clear that he had won but he knows better than anyone the immense task awaiting him and he is just ready to go to work. We can all celebrate for him. HURRAH!!!

Recall for 8 years during GW Bush‘s administration every Republican piously claimed, “you can’t criticize the President, we’re at war!”. Ten minutes after Obama took the oath of office the piety ended.

The best way will be to make Trump so toxic to all of America and the whole world by a full-on exposure of his corruption and malfeasance before and during his time in the WH. This should poison the well for any and all Republicans looking to associate with him (may even help some aspiring GOP prez candidates to see this happen)… so a 2-fer…
That way, a return to Trump-like showmanship will lose its attraction… we are in the era of serious, professional solutions to the many ills afflicting our nation, and no time for crap shit…

If Trump does end up in court, sitting at the defendant’s table (figuratively) will we have to build one of those plexiglass boxes we sometimes see in courtrooms on other countries? In this case it could be considered a health safety measure since Trump is the epicenter of super spreader events. And it’s not like anyone, of any political stripe would be OK with giving Trump the Bobby Seale treatment. Or I’m hoping there wouldn’t be people OK with that.
