Yes. Expressing confidence in your position, demonstrating you’re already on the job speaking to foreign leaders, and dismissing Trump as a child and a fool is spot on. Very well done by Biden. He’s coming from a position of strength, implying, of course, that Trump is weak.
This is the right tone. Laugh in his face. Point out the ridiculousness. Laugh again. Move on.
It’s like asking to point out all the honorable hyaenas.
A two year old should have never been allowed to take the presidency. Fortunately, like all two year olds, he’ll tire of the tantrum.

It was a Biden press conference, so of course he was asked. Trump and his minions only do press conferences when they can make a statement and a splash, and they don’t take reporters’ questions any longer because…that’s too inconvenient.
