I do know that Republicans hated Cutter. She was quick, personable and had a great TV face.
Obama eventually cut her loose because of complaints about her sharp tongue.
I think the word they used was “surly”.
I’m pretty sure the complaints came from the other side of the isle.

I’m all for letting him and his purported co-conspirators, Trump, Toensing and diGenovo, dig their holes wider and deeper. They should, however, be questioned, editorialized on and constrained like any criminal suspect interviewed on the nightly news.
It’d be equally nice if what they alleged in such interviews was afforded some requirement for veracity. Barring that, the sooner they’re induced to make a Lewandowski-like assertion that they feel no obligation to truthfulness with the media, the better.

Trump being Trump, he would have to respond with some sort of hyper aggressive B.S that would add public exposure to Biden’s response. Not only is this free publicity at Trump’s expense but also piles on the emotional pressure that is already driving Trump over the edge.

This is like telling an addict to just stop using crack, and will probably have a similar outcome. (That isn’t to suggest that it isn’t good advice.)
Biden should be careful here. Trying to engage just pulls him into the clown show.
The irony of Joe Biden complaining about other people lying on TeeVee is just too precious.

And, if Trump continues down that path, Biden could continue to needle him as a coward. It is political jiu jitsu, using Trump’s own moves to hurt him.
Begging the networks to stop showing Giuliani,on the other hand, has the potential to convey that Biden is scared, which is unhelpful.
