‘Beyond Despicable’: Biden Slams Trump For Purposely Downplaying Severity Of COVID-19

OT but here’s a nice look for a mask worn by Ivanka.

K-Lie_Mc-A-Ninny also.

“It’s beyond despicable,” the Democratic candidate said. “It’s a dereliction of duty. It’s a disgrace.”

I think the word he’s looking for is “criminal”.

(I understand “Crimes Against Humanity” is still a thing.)

The perfect lay up and Biden spikes the ball through the hoop.

He then paused to blow out the candles, because obviously, it’s his birthday.

“Beyond Despicable”? Technically speaking, yes. But not descriptive enough.

How about using “An extreme betrayal of his oath of office.” The oath states “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

How does downplaying the severity of a great pandemic “preserve, protect and defend”? As I write this, Johns Hopkins reports nearly 190,000 dead Americans due to the pandemic. Were those dead well-protected and well-defended? It certainly isn’t in keeping with the oath. It is at best a severe betrayal of trust. Or will Trump’s minions suggest that protecting and defending the Constitution is not the same as protecting and defending We The People who established the Constitution? If they make that argument then they are worthy of a kick in the teeth.

Makes me wonder if that “mask” can catch a Nolan Ryan fastball.
If so, can it do the same while Ivanka and Kaylie are wearing it? Pretty please?
I understand that results in a little more than a face palm.

Three. The goat shouldn’t have been walking around without any clothes. It was basically asking for it.

And since when did Trump care about not creating a panic. That’s exactly what he has been trying to do for months.

We need to punish the mother-fucker for the deliberate man-slaughter of 190,000 Americans.

Righteous indignation really suits Joe. And that’s a good thing because he’ll have plenty more reason for it over the next 55 days.

Let me just say Dr. Fauci didn’t just have surgery on his larynx to STFU. I don’t believe he’s going to let them shut him up if he has something he wants to say.

This is pretty despicable too. If this doesn’t motivate people to vote I’m not sure what will.

“I still like playing it down, because I don’t want to create a panic.”

I suppose he could have said enjoy instead of like, that would have made him look even more monstrous!

Jeebus, we need to write to our local news stations!

Oh look, a story with Biden’s name in the title - does that mean that another angel just got its wings?

For the record, today’s front page word counts are:

Trump: 50
Biden: 5

Interestingly enough:

Pence: 0
Harris (the real one): 2

Of course, of the five Biden occurrences, only two are in stories about Biden. The first is a story about the Trump campaign’s fundraising shortfall compared to Biden, the second is a reference to Trump’s “banking on a fever swamp perception of former Vice President Joe Biden’s mental acuity”, and the last is actually in a story quoting Harris about the threat Russian interference poses to a Biden win.

In other words, one actual story about Biden, plus four “others” where he’s the bit player. Hell, even Harris is getting more press here than Biden does…
