Completely different styles, but morally two peas in a pod.
It looks like Berman is refusing to leave!
Good for him!
But shtoopid!
Nope, Mitch is well ahead in the polling. Racism eats white peoplesâ minds like a kind of social Kreutzfeld-Jakob disease.
Oh,wow!! If Iâm reading this right, Berman is saying, hell NO, I wonât go!!
He says he wonât step down until a Presidentially appointed nominee is confirmed.
He must have something big on Trump to flex in this way or Iâm really missing somethingâŚwhich is always a distinct possibility.

Oooh, Berman fighting back! Good for him to immediately contradict Barrâs lies.
Donâtâ forget itâs the Republican party of Fascists who brought us here - Trump is just the big insane and stupid ugly thing even they didnât want, because he is too big and ugly. But all of this is just fine with Moscow Mitch and the rest of the craven, corrupt, stupid whores of the old white man John Birch Society stupid oligarchy who are the pimps and owners of the modern Republican. It has always been the stupid that kills things, including this country. This is just a new round in the failure of America. Murdered by Stupid and White. Over and over again.
To prevent forest fires?

Fired before the night is out.
That is what they do in western RussiaâŚknown to the rest of the world as Finland.
Trumpâll come for them eventually.
Um, Clayton defended Deutsche Bank against money laundering allegations. DB lent Trump money when nobody else would and looks to me to have assisted Trump with some very shady dealings. This stinks to high heaven.
This is far beyond insane.
Bravo, Mr. Berman.
Iâd love to hear the esteemed lawyers we have on these threads to weigh in, but this sort of public âfuck offâ to the AG and President is unprecedented, no?
Do they still think a Friday night news dump doesnât get noticed?
Yeah, youâd think Barr would be more subtle. But Barrâs about as subtle as a rogue elephant loose in a ballet studio.
And/or refusing to do something big, like, oh, I dunno, prosecute some Trump enemy like Bolton? Or Hillary?
According to Berman, he has not been fired. He saw a news report stating that he had stepped down which he says he has not done and has no intention of doing. He points out that he was appointed by judges and will serve until his successor is confirmed by the Senate. So at a minimum he is demanding a formal firing attached to the name of the person doing the firing. That, I take it, would have to be Trump. So what are the constraints on who becomes the acting head if he is fired?
