AZ AG Tries Bullying Maricopa County Into Complying With Fake ‘Audit’ After Subpoena Battle | Talking Points Memo

Under the rocks and stones, there is audit underground.

This might be a place for President Biden’s DOJ to step in and do some lawyering stuff and put the kibosh on this demand. They are unequally putting a bunch of citizens at risk and not others, seems like there are some Constitutional issues there that should be addressed and protected.

The sheer desperation is so strong, we can smell it all the way out here on the coast.

Apparently the results of the “audit” so far reveal no actionable faults, so they’ll delay releasing it and continue to hype their investigation and fool the Magats a little while longer.

Routers do not contain information, they just rely the information. There may be a routing table with a list of IP addresses that the router relayed information to, but that is not likely. As these things tend to get erased once the machine is turned off

They are chasing a MacGuffin.

Listen, I have in this folder over a dozen IP Addresses of foreign entities that may have changed votes…

He wants to run for governor. Ducey is term limited, so Brnovich is trying to impress the Trumanzees.

That explains much. Though it seems quixotic to do so by running against maricopa county.

Well, sure, but he also intends, if at all possible, to put an end to votes from Maricopa County being counted.

I’m starting to wonder if the requests are actually a bid for time to run out the clock on having to release the results of the “audit”.(I don’t know if that’s even possible, but it seems like they are playing for time.) It’s interesting to see the frustration on the part of the GOP establishment, who seem to be unable to believe that they aren’t getting their way. Wendy Rogers, for example, seems like a sweetheart. Imagine being the poor fast food worker who messes up her order.
I was trying to think of a way that the State Senate could ensure the security of the information of the citizens of the county, but it’s mind-boggling to think of the potential financial damage that could be done in the case of the almost inevitable breach. It makes the cost of new voting machines seem like funds that could be found under sofa cushions.

And you may ask yourself, “Am I right? Am I wrong?”
And you may say to yourself, “My God! What have I done?”

Come on, everyone knows routers are only used for election fraud, the county will get along without them just fine for 6 months.

Why can’t the County ask a state or federal Court for an injunction on this whole sordid affair ? The AG can then take it up with the Judge. The AG can’t just impose his will on Maricopa County without permission of the appropriate Court.

Might depend on the composition of the court(s) they expect to face.

Biden’s up.
