As protests over the police killing of George Floyd rock Minnesota and the nation, authorities in the state and around the country have speculated about potential ties to extremist groups among pockets of rioters.

So there are four possibilities for Bill Barr wading in (within 72 hours) and pronouncing the Protests defiled by liberal trouble-makers.
(1) Barr is Trump’s personal lawyer
(2) Barr is Trump’s personal lawyer
(3) Barr is Trump’s personal lawyer
(4) All of the Above
In this, the truth MUST come out. There are plenty of sources suggesting outside influence turning these protests into a violent affair. We HAVE to find out what is going on.
As I said some place else today, why does it matter where people are coming from? People are coming to express their anger peacefully or otherwise.
Determining whether they’re wingers or radical Dems, why does it matter?
Dead is dead, there’s a long history of racism that is not getting better. This is a chance to express your frustration and thinking maybe there will be a change.
@blandsten There are always the ones that perpetrate violence, probably not related to the peaceful demonstrators, probably not organized and just in it for the fun and excitement.
I really don’t think the wingers organize and then carry out violence. That’s not the way they operate.

Well, we already know fully well what Trump thinks about testing and contact tracing. No siree. None of that for him. He’d rather shoot from the hip and blame China or the WHO. This is the ultimate of gaslighting. It is meant to confuse and befuddle the majority of citizens who tend to have too much to deal with already. The time will come when bottom is up and down is top.
What does it matter?
Well it matters a fucking lot, as there is nothing more damaging to November than radical violence discrediting peaceful protests and protestors, making the arguments of the Trumpists look superficially reasonable and scaring off the middle-class suburbanites from voting Dem by helping traction to Dem=Rioters=disorder=fuzzyheaded commies.

Sure not in the eyes of the Lefty Left commentariat here, since that part of the commentariat are pre-sold on sympathy, but that’s not wider America.
Civil rights movement was super-disciplined for a reason - they knew that violance would undercut.
Disciplined peaceful demos will change opinion, fight against racism.
Burning, riots, does nothing but destroy the very communities most hurt.
So it fucking matters a lot if manipulation is going on and deliberately inciting violance.
These are white supremacists hoping to kick off a race war they think they’ll win because of course everyone really agrees with them. They’re not standard wingnuts at all.
There are different groups out there. If the violent ones are not apprehended, how do you prove who they are and what their motives are.
I just don’t think it’s great to speculate until there’s some solid proof of who these people are.
Do we know this?
I suppose there will be a lot of people looking closely at high resolution photographs of the riots. It’ll be complicated due to masking, but it will be interesting to see who’s fomenting what.
We know this is an organized movement. Same folks who used a controversy in Charlottesville to create lethal trouble. What I know is I saw disguised and evidently well-prepared young white men breaking a lot of windows and causing general mayhem in Minneapolis and I saw black folks trying to get them to stop. Something’s wrong about all that.
and while Russia toys with us from the outside, Bill Barr is doing it from the inside. Barr is a clear and present danger to this nation.
