Yeah, but I don’t consider Guiliani a good attorney at this point. I would even argue that he is only nominally an attorney anyway.
But he thinks he still is one. And he has gotten far too addicted to all the media attention he has been receiving, along with finally seeing himself as a “big time player” at the Federal level. There is zero chance that Guiliani is going to take a back seat on his own defense.

The plus side of representing Giuliani is the fun of watching the judge’s face when you try to claim that anything G has done in the past 3-4 years is covered by Presidential executive privilege, lawyer-client privilege, or double-secret immunity.
The chief legal strategy for Giuliani’s attorney would be to get him to STFU. Unfortunately, Giuliani won’t STFU. Won’t stop, can’t stop blurting out incriminating details. On television.
