Would James like to weigh in on the 10/11 y/o becoming the legal guardian of an infant? And letās make James the one who counsels the 10/11 y/o when they find out that actually having this child means that the odds are greater than their ability to have other child without complications is a risk.

Thatās what I thought, but this part of the article confused me:
who would be opening it at the USPS? And even if it were openedā¦ isnāt the Federal Govāt on record as not being against shipping these pills? I admit I donāt understand what this is testing. And if anyone outside of the USPS is opening the package that would be mail tampering, right?
