More likely would have been StuckInTrafficMen. They’ll probably use that as a defense: no reasonable person could expect a quick weapons delivery from arlington, VA to downtown DC on a day when lots of streets were closed. Except there were golf carts which were used to dodge around cops.

My impression is it’s a formality in an obviously justified LEO shooting. Howling mob breaking through the door and the legislators not far? And once the woman was down, a SWAT team came and escorted the rest of the rioters out which suddenly they seemed glad to do.
