Another entry “in that Constitution thingy she professes to love.” (@tigersharktoo) Even if you play fast and loose with the express terms in Article III, Section 3, the only war levied against the United States was the one initiated by those 1/6 tourists, and the only persons adhering to those enemies and giving them aid and comfort are the Wendy Rogers of MAGA world and the broader GOP.

Due process is only necessary for insurrectionists and Republicans, anyone who stands against their march towards fascism deserves solitary confinement and execution. I’m sure that’s in the conservative version of the Constitution they carry about, along with the “only the good parts” version of the Bible they use.
