Started with Red Hat, moved to Suse. Used various flavors of Suse including Open Suse. Dinked about with Ubuntu and other flavors. Usage in the workspace was for storage and web server needs (Apache IIRC). Basically load, spend time configuring and then just letting it work. Which was a problem because I never kept my skills fresh on a daily basis. So when I needed to do something, I had to look it all up again. Now all a decade out of date plus.

Just in time to really dig into a morass next door… this is why the Trump regime (and frankly all the recent US administrations and both major parties, just to clear) aren’t interested in joining the ICC Treaty. We should. And maybe we will eventually, now that the extra-judicial killing of people seems to be something the US government is really, really into at the moment. Or are US politicians so afraid of a military coup of we tried to join the ICC?
