Yeah, fun. If you like seeing human beings debase themselves. Oh. Right. They’re Republicans. That’s okay, then.
cast away.
I really don’t want to think about when he passes it, thanks very much.
When SCOTUS shoots him down how will he react? He’ll want revenge and I have no doubt he’ll do something monumentally stupid.
lol like Trump and his MAGA people can read.
He’s lost his suit, and also lost his appeal. The rest of us have lost our lunch.
You misspelled ‘passes out’.
“As expected, but nice to see it happen so quickly.
OK, Appeals Court: justice delayed is justice denied.“
It ain’t over until it’s over, and the illegitimate Republican dominated ‘Supreme Court’ has yet to speak. My guess is that they’ll go along, but not before delaying until June or July (in hopes of a GOP take over in November 2022.
Wait. You think they’re in this for something other than self-debasement? The lower Trump falls, the more they will cling to him. That’s how the whole dominant/submissive thing works. (Well, I read stuff.)
There’s money in it for those at the top of the pyramid, and everybody at the bottom of the pyramid thinks they can do a podcast and slither their way to the top.
I also just realized Judge Millett is trolling Donnie Two impeachments by consistently referring to him as “former President Trump.”
Meadows is so bloody stupid it is difficult to predict how he will respond to anything.
Ah yes…the majority .,… we have seen how the electoral college has negated the strength of the popular vote…throw in a little Gerrymandering, a concerted effort to suppress the vote in dozens of states and lie about the integrity of elections and voila’…suffrage becomes suffering at the hand of soulless autocrats under the influence of the oligarchs that put them in power.
But look at Alex Jones. Are their aspirations so low that they dream of being sued into oblivion?
I think they do this in service to their ego. Because they know this is not God’s World. This is a world for humans. And they have run out of time to keep pretending otherwise.
The Texas lawsuit precedent occurs to me as well. The Supreme Court threw out the suit, which was a direct appeal to SCOTUS, on the grounds that Texas lacked standing to challenge how other states had certified their own election results. This was an unsigned opinion delivered on a Friday evening. I have a memory that two of the justices, including Clarence Thomas, wanted the court to have a full hearing but it requires four justices to grant cert. Quite possibly Trump will get four to grant cert? SCOTUS can do its own delay without ever ruling, if it wants to, hoping that the Republicans take the House in 2022. Any ruling for Trump might be a Bush v Gore stipulation that it does not constitute a precedent, but that seems hard to justify.
I’m waiting for “Passes on”
Timing! Soon okay. Later…mmmaybe not okay.
It never lasts because the majority gets fed up with it.
It will be a beautiful dump, just like all his beautiful conversation transcripts.
