Neither. The words are mostly illegibe.
If you say so. But he’s got 70M morons salivating and many are ready to murder fellow Americans for him. On top of which, instead of focusing on his crimes, every goddamned article talks about what an abusive asshole he is. If you’re a psychopath and you’re shameless, you win. And right now Fat Boy is winning, hands down.
Of course, he has spent all of his life using those tools to get is way. But that must come to an end, NOW. Those are and have been childish tools. Donnie needs to grow up real fast and face the consequences of all he ha sown.
FT writer Edward Luce characterizes Vivek Ramaswamy as
‘The most obnoxious blowhard in America’
That’s really saying something given the stiff competition Ramaswamy faces.
Letting Trump do whatever he pleases without repercussions or accountability is now characterized as a “tight leash”.
A few already have.
Or else what? When (not if, obviously) the Defendant violates this particular gag order, what are the consequences to him? Are there any penalties of any kind?
I saw no reference in the article.
It will be very interesting to see what happens when Trump inevitably pushes the boundaries of this order. The record is that Trump’s self-restraint only holds for a limited period of time before he pushes back.
It seems as if, as he gets older and more mentally disabled, his self-control is eroding.
The judicial system will simply move the goalposts again, as they’ve already done several times. They’re afraid to actually do something because their actions will probably cost them, or someone they love, their lives.
TIFG will continue to push the envelope and continue to rule the airwaves with his pushing.
This ruling is also a pretty good sign for the higher courts upholding Judge Chutkan’s rejection of Trump’s motion to dismiss the case without instituting any major trial delays. Imho, the gag order was a bit of stretch on free speech grounds, though Trump’s conduct has certainly merited the scrutiny.
I wish I didn’t believe you are actually right.
Not true
I am looking at the image on my phone and I read in bold red letters…
TOP SECRET/SCI
“Contains sensitive compartmented information up to HCS-P-SiTK”
SECRET//SCI
The secret parts have white paper placed on them for obvious reasons but the headers ought to be sufficient I would assume. At the moment I am unable to post the actual image as my laptop is in a repair shop getting a faulty hinge fixed. And I don’t know how to transfer the image on my phone to the tablet I am using at the moment. I am no kind of computer geek… just a retired biochemist.
So is it necessary to blabber secrets in order for classified documents to be understood to be secret??? That seems to me with my former secret clearance to be a nonstarter.
I’m taking a “wait and see” approach on this one. The reason for that approach is that Trump seems to be heading for slow-motion head on crashes into several concrete walls with his violations of various gag orders. The courts fare moving rather slowly on these violations, but look as if they are ready to smack him pretty hard.
I held a TS, and the first time I saw those highly classified folders (presumably holding actual docs) spread randomly across the floor, my mind was blown. If the security folks in my agency had a picture of a single folder on the floor of my living room, there is no end of the stink that would have caused.

I had a TS for about 10 years … not since I retired. I had occasion to view some “stuff”. To be able to look at it required a second cleared individual who had to watch my every movement with photos and docs on that one occasion. On other occasions I could be alone with material. There would be no way I could’ve walked away with any doc. And trump had 'em in a public bathroom, in his office desk and I heard in his clothes closet. Just insanely careless.

I think it impossible for trump to shut up and I look foreard to the day he is handed comeuppance.
But watching the Justce system, except for Jack Smith, is like watching ice try to melt at one degree above absolute zero
