And, in fairness, how dumb do you have to be to “out-smart” Mark Meadows? I mean…

Those incompetent spies were geniuses compared to Meadows.

Heck, I’d throw Alfred E. Neuman in there too.

We must be ‘of a certain age’ then. It was way too easy to imagine them. (My google-fu is strong.)

…trace the perpetrators by feeding certain staffers information that might later end up in the news…"

It’s a good way to catch spies when national security is in play. With these jerks, it’s just the paranoia of incompetents.

If they weren’t engaged in nefarious activates they wouldn’t have to worry about leaks. But they do. They are wrong and they know it.

This trick is right out of Game of Thrones – Tyrion did it in Season 2, while Hand of the King. For his next trick, Meadows is going to ride a dragon.

They’d be golfing. And STILL cheating.

Oh - ha ha. I guess all that stuff about Russian bounties was just fake new perpetrated by Meadows.

Good luck on catching the leakers Mark.

More like, he’s woken the dragon.

Are all the staffers going to stand on the South Lawn and declare “I am Spartacus!”

It’s good to know that there isn’t anything else to keep him busy.
The thing is, why would anyone leak something that Mark Meadows told them privately when there are egregious things that a person could leak from hearing it in the break room or from the mouth of the boss. And didn’t a former CoS try this very tactic? How did it work that time?

And Meadows would have gotten away with it too, if it wasn’t for you meddling kids…
