CNN anchor Anderson Cooper tore into commentator Rick Santorum on Wednesday when the former Republican senator tried to defend President Donald Trump’s attempts to get foreign governments to investigate Joe Biden and his son Hunter.

The fact that Trump only wanted an announcement, and not necessarily an actual investigation, says everything about this entire corrupt operation.
Anderson Cooper did a great job, as far as he went. But it’s all bullshit. He did not point out that Trump is ALREADY giving speeches to crowds of thousands of his supporters in which he says point blank that the Bidens are two of the most corrupt people in American history. If Trump already knows, what’s there to investigate? If they don’t already know, then why is he saying those things? It’s pure Trumpian logic - - and all you need to do is give it the tiniest touch to make it all come tumbling down. He’s playing Jenga with water, and they let him get away with it, as if there’s anything there at all to talk about on their terms. There isn’t, because their terms are all bullshit. Santorum is a lobbyist and he is pure bullshit. But what there is to talk about is the simple and transparent truth that the White House is in fact very deeply interested in corruption - - in spreading corruption. They are appalled at the idea that the Zelensky government might be honest. And they are continuing to do everything they possibly can to make it corrupt.
