This is what passes for “science” among the clueless. Bundy lives in Emitt, ID, Gem Co. where there are currently 8 confirmed cases. The whole of Idaho has about 1200 centered in what passes for “urban” in Idaho. Assuming those are contained. The statistical odds of folks showing up at his picnic and catching the virus will be low, but not zero. If nobody dies, it will be (in his mind) proof positive that the whole thing is over-blown, because he tested it and nothing bad happened.
But all it will take is someone from Boise or Spokane who is asymptomatic or just a clueless jerk and the whole experiment becomes God’s Will. Those who die will be claimed martyrs for the Greater Good. Either way it will be spun to drive the narrative that God is on their side.
It’s also important to point out Bundy is in the cross-hairs of a justice department that is unlikely to treat him quite so gently during his 2nd 15 minutes…

I’ve driven by the place. Small and grubby. Identifiable by the worn flags hanging from posts attached to the fence. Although there are plenty of places for sale nearby, he’d rather steal public land.
Saw a couple of his skinny cows in Gold Butte - wandering around with neither water nor grass.
