He is a trumper keeping his job by slobbering on trump body parts to show loyalty before logic/ reality so yeah I don’t trust a word he or ANY trump cabinet employee says. Or anything trump says

This is the Ruben Gallego I know. Unvarnished. Speaks truth to power and it is partly why he has my vote if he chooses to run again. I am s I rprised he did not lapse into Spanish for his invective.

Don’t wear polyester either. It melts. Stick with cotton.

And I wouldn’t wear slippers (edit: or flip-flops) just because I want sturdy shoes that won’t “slip” off in an emergency.

Then why have no photos surfaced of her hugging multitudes in the same manner. It will be interesting to find pics of the widow hugging many men in this manner going forward.

Liar!

Ok, so, I have some information from the Connecticut NBC news site as to the rule changes.

The work requirements will change:

The Department of Social Services is preparing for new work requirements for SNAP recipients starting next month.

The changes under the Big Beautiful Bill center around work requirements, raising the age limit from 54 to 64 for people who must work or volunteer at least 80 hours per month.

The law also removes exemptions, including for veterans and the homeless.

DSS estimates 36,000 people in Connecticut, or 10% of the total SNAP program, will be affected by the changes, although the agency expects some will still be eligible.

“For some of these individuals, they’re never been subject to the work requirements before, so perhaps they don’t know what requirements are needed,” Dan Giacomi, DDS program oversight and grant administration director, said.

DSS has been trying to educate SNAP recipients about the requirements, including a flier explaining the new conditions and how people can provide proof.

The agency has also launched what it calls a “pre-screener" of questions to help SNAP recipients know if the changes impact them.

I dunno about her job giving her PTSD, but I do know it’s giving me PTSD.

Many, many moons ago, I read someone who suggested that the reason some women continue to wear outdated hairstyles (e.g., early 1960s bouffant) long after those styles have become outre is because that hairstyle was from the happiest time in her life and she clings to it.

This could be true here.

I would thank you for pointing this out, but you might think me sarcastic.

I will never be able to unsee the uncanny resemblance.

Does make me wonder what he does with the horse, though.
Oops! Goliath is a dog.
I was thinking of Pokey, Gumby’s horse.

Cross-species bestiality!
