We in Portland congratulate Judge Immergut on her devotion to the law, to the evidence and to reality. Lower court judges nationwide seem to be, on the whole, equally devoted to the same things. The corrupt radical majority of the Supreme Court, however, will now be looking hard for a way to allow the president (as long as the president is a Republican) to ignore the law, the evidence and reality.

I’m not canceling the trip I’m planing on taking to Portland with my daughter to see one of her favorite musicians in concert this spring.

If there are troops, I’ll bring flowers to give them. Probably pansies.
