You’re gonna appreciate our 40 electoral votes sometime between 2024 and 2032. Flip Texas and all this bullshit is over. And we were the third-closest state in the nation that still voted for Trump last year. It’s entirely doable.

Not as winnable as statewide thanks to the forthcoming gerrymander, but still probably doable within the decade. As currently gerrymandered, we need a pickup of three seats in the 31-member Senate to take the majority, and a pickup of 10 seats in the 150-member House. Hard to say for sure what the lay of the land will be after the '22 election under the new maps, but the margin is still fairly small.

If you are arresting rapists that means that they have already committed their crime. So you have not eliminated them. And you never will.

I think that trans men who have not undergone surgery must certainly can be raped and get pregnant, and they do not consider themselves women.

I am confused now, because I live in a GQP hotbed and we just had a 3.7 earthquake Monday night . . .
Bio-females transitioning to male have often been raped, had to deal with abortion issues and decisions, and have even been killed for stating who they are. Trans people have great difficulty seeing health care providers in the most benign of health care situations. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be for trans-gendering people when dealing with sexual assault and similar traumatic experiences. I have known people going through these years of surgery, therapy, and hormones, in dissociative states, where they became psychotic. It is terrifying. It is a strong person who can go through this, and be happy and productive, and whole – maybe for the first time in their life.
